Welcome to Mountain High. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our trekking services, booking treks, and accessing our website at www.mountainhigh.in.

By booking a trek or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Mountain High Terms and Conditions stated below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

Mountain High is a trekking and adventure travel company offering guided treks, expeditions, and outdoor experiences across India’s mountain regions.
All bookings, payments, and participation in our treks are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Policy

• Bookings can be made online through our website or through our authorized partners.

• Full or partial payment must be completed to confirm your booking.

• You must provide accurate personal information while booking. Any discrepancies may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Participant:

  • More than 15 days before departure — 80% refund.

  • 7–14 days before departure — 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days — no refund.

• Cancellation by Mountain High:
  In rare cases such as natural calamities, minimum group size not met, or unforeseen events, we may cancel or postpone a trek. Participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Trekkers must be physically and mentally fit for the trek.

• Follow all safety instructions provided by trek leaders or guides.

• Carry all required personal gear and respect nature and local communities.

• Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or smoking during treks is strictly prohibited.

5. Safety and Risk

Trekking involves inherent risks such as altitude sickness, injury, or weather-related hazards.
By joining a trek, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Mountain High shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

6. Use of Photos and Media

By participating in treks, you grant Mountain High permission to use trek photos and videos that may include you for promotional or marketing purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is collected and used only for trek coordination, safety, and communication. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.
